International Kinesiology for All offered for the first time in Puerto Rico two workshops for children on this field last summer. The children had the opportunity to express themselves and learned how Kinesiology can help to improve their lifes at school and at home. We integrated different concepts in order to accomplish that goal.
Congratulations to all the participants and keep doing your Kinesiology exercises in a daily basis in order to gain a better quality of life!!!!

That is the reason that every person from children to pre-adolescent to adolescent to young adult to mature adult to elderly is given individualized orientation and support according to their special needs. I.K.F.A. performs a profile of your strenghts and weakness in order to work them out through sessions under an autoresponsability method.
